Bed raisers
Put your bed on blocks (bed raisers) from 37 weeks of your pregnancy. For health and safety reasons, it is mandatory to have the bed at a height of 80 cm, for both the delivery and the maternity period. This also applies if you are going to give birth in a hospital. You can pick up the bobbins at the Thuiszorgwinkel. This is free, but you must bring an ID and health card. Do you want to give birth at home? Then also get a bedpan from the home care store and possibly a back support.
