Going outside

A newborn baby is allowed to go outside if:

  • he/she can keep himself/herself well at temperature.
  • he/she is growing well.

Dress your baby with as many layers as you wear, but also a hat and a blanket. You can preheat the stroller with a hot water bottle, but never take the hot water bottle outside. The first time you go for a walk, don't go too far, and take someone with you. Keep in mind that the same distance you walk, you also must go back. Optionally, you can check the baby's temperatures upon return.
