Pilates
Pregnancy Pilates
Pregnancy pilates is a safe and effective way to stay active during pregnancy. The classes focus on building a strong and stable core, improving posture, and maintaining flexible muscles that support the body throughout pregnancy and childbirth.
Targeted exercises for breathing, the pelvic floor, mobility and strength help reduce discomfort and prepare the body for birth in a calm and mindful way. The classes are suitable for all levels and also offer a moment of relaxation and connection with the changing body.
Attention is also given to postnatal recovery, with practical tips and exercises for the first weeks after giving birth. It is possible to join at any time, as long as it feels right.
Postpartum Pilates
Postpartum pilates supports the body in a safe and responsible recovery after childbirth. The classes focus on reconnecting with the pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles, improving posture and stability, and gradually rebuilding strength.
This allows for a step-by-step approach towards a strong and stable body that fits the demands of motherhood and daily life. The exercises are gently built up and tailored to the recovery process after pregnancy and childbirth.
Participation is possible after approval from a midwife and/or gynaecologist, usually from around six weeks postpartum. If this feels too soon, it is always possible to join at a later stage.
